Reporting a problem with a question
How to report a wrong answer key, confusing wording, or broken media, and how to follow the status of what you sent.

Sending a report
While working through a session, open Report a problem inside the player. Pick one category:
- Wrong answer key, if you believe the marked answer is incorrect.
- Unclear wording, if the question or its options are ambiguous.
- Broken image / audio, if an image or recording fails to load.
Add a short description and press Send report. The report is attached to the question you have open, so there is no need to quote a question number.
"Paragraph 3 says 'rarely', not 'never', so B should be accepted" gets acted on far faster than "the key is wrong".
Following your reports
Everything you have sent is listed on the My reports page with its status. Resolved means your report was right and the question has been fixed, while Dismissed means that on review the question was found to be correct as written.
Reporting a question does not affect your score or mastery, and it does not end the session you are in. You can carry straight on practising after sending it.
